Privacy Policy

App: Overclock Grid: PC Builder — Idle Hardware & Logic Puzzle

This Privacy Policy describes how Overclock Grid: PC Builder (the “Application”), published by Ayberk Yatagan (“we”), handles information when you use the free / freemium mobile game on iOS and Android. The Application is provided AS IS.

1. Data we process

• Game save (local only): Progress, grid layout, settings, Shards, quests, and cosmetics are stored on your device via local storage (AsyncStorage). We do not upload your save file to our own game servers.
• Optional analytics: Anonymous gameplay events (e.g. session start, prestige, ad/IAP funnel events) may be sent only if an analytics endpoint is configured. Events use a random session id; no account login is required.
• Crash diagnostics: Exception messages may be logged locally and, if analytics is enabled, forwarded as anonymous crash events.
• Notifications (optional): If you enable notifications in Settings, the OS may use permission state / token data to schedule offline reminders. You can disable this anytime.
• Advertising ID / consent: On first launch you accept privacy terms. On iOS we may request App Tracking Transparency (ATT). Where required, Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent controls personalized vs non-personalized ads.

2. Third-party services

The Application may use:

• Google AdMob — rewarded ads and interstitials (e.g. offline 2×, throttle rescue). AdMob may process device identifiers and ad interaction data under Google’s policies and your consent choice.
• RevenueCat — restores and validates in-app purchases (Remove Ads, Starter Pack). Uses anonymous app user IDs and purchase receipts; payment card data is handled by Apple / Google, not by us.
• Apple App Store / Google Play — distribution and payment processing.
• Expo / React Native runtime — standard device and OS APIs required to run the app.

Soft currencies ($ and Shards ◆) exist only inside the game and have no cash value. We do not sell Shards as a direct real-money crystal pack; purchases are limited to listed IAP products and optional ads.

3. Children

The Application is a casual simulation / idle game that may show advertising. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). If you believe a child provided data we control, contact us to request deletion where applicable.

4. Your choices and rights

• Disable sound, haptics, or notifications in Settings.
• Reset the local save from Settings (irreversible on-device wipe).
• Purchase Remove Ads to stop AdMob inventory in the Application.
• Manage ad personalization via ATT / UMP prompts and device settings (Limit Ad Tracking / Delete Advertising ID).
• EEA/UK users may have GDPR rights (access, erasure, objection). Contact us to exercise them for data we control.

5. Data retention

Local saves remain until you delete the app or reset save. Analytics/crash batches are retained only as needed for operation and debugging. Store purchase records follow Apple / Google / RevenueCat retention rules.

6. Changes

We may update this page. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
