By downloading or using Overclock Grid: PC Builder (the “Application”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
Overclock Grid: PC Builder is a single-player idle / simulation and logic-placement game: place PC parts on a grid, balance heat and power, earn soft currency over time, and prestige (“Overclock Reset”) for permanent Shards and skills. Features may change with updates. There is no multiplayer or user-generated chat. The Application does not contain, show, or access third-party content libraries beyond standard platform SDKs (ads / IAP).
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to App Store / Google Play rules and Apple’s Standard License Agreement where applicable. You may not reverse engineer, cheat to harm our services, or redistribute the binary except as allowed by law.
$) and Shards (◆) have no real-world cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.The free version may show Google AdMob rewarded ads and interstitial ads (for example offline 2×, throttle bypass, or paced full-screen ads). Buying Remove Ads disables AdMob inventory in the Application. Ad personalization depends on your consent (ATT / UMP) and device settings.
Progress is stored locally on your device. Device loss, OS wipe, reinstall without backup, or corruption may erase progress. We are not liable for lost local saves. The Application is provided “AS IS” without warranties of uninterrupted service.
Do not misuse the Application, interfere with ads or IAP systems, or use the Application in violation of applicable law or store terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in those cases our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Application in the prior 12 months (often zero for free downloads).
Personal data practices are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with us.
We may update these Terms or the Application. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where allowed. We may suspend access for abuse or legal reasons. You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it.
